C. Guy Bond formerly practiced with several large commercial law firms and has over 30 years of commercial and residential transaction experience.
He was born in Crossville, Tennessee in 1953 and was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1977. He obtained his college degree from Stetson University (B.B.A., 1975) and his law degree from the University of Florida (J.D., with honors, 1977). He is a member of the American Bar Association and The Florida Bar.
Mr. Bond serves and has served on several boards of directors including the Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair, the American Red Cross Volunteer Life Savings Corps, and several charitable foundations and civic clubs. His interests include cooking, flying, diving, music, and photography. He has five children.

Mary G. Morcom has been practicing law since 2005. In addition to assisting Mr. Bond in the transactional areas, Ms. Morcom coordinates the firm's practice in the property association and estate planning, wills and probate areas. She received her Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in 2001 from the University of Texas at Austin and her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2005 from the University of Texas School of Law, where she received awards for her research and writing skills. She is a member of The Florida Bar and American Bar Association.
Ms. Morcom's interests include dance, yoga and running. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher and teaches yoga in her free time. |
