Estate Planning is simply planning for the transfer of wealth from one generation to another and pricing for one's loved ones or favorite causes. Most estate plans are easily implemented with one or more trusts and a will that "catches" any asset overlooked in a trust. Client with simple needs should identify who will care for their children and other dependents after their death.
